Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Corporate Controller to serve as the senior finance leader across a diverse portfolio of operating companies and investment entities. This on-site role in Hood River, Oregon oversees accounting, payroll, HR, and financial operations, reporting to ownership and executive leadership.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in finance leadership, strong experience with multi-entity consolidations, and a proven ability to partner with owners on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience.
• Multi-entity accounting and consolidations experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting and financial reporting across multiple entities.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and FP&A.
• Prepare consolidated financial reporting and board-level presentations.
• Manage banking, audit, tax, insurance, and external advisor relationships.
• Maintain internal controls and accounting processes.
