Job summary

The Controller will lead all accounting and financial operations, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and strategic stewardship of financial resources. This hands-on leadership role requires strong expertise in GAAP, budgeting, payroll oversight, cost accounting, and intercompany activities across multiple entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting and financial management experience.
• Experience with intercompany accounting for multiple entities.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Perform variance analyses and provide insight into financial performance and trends.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and planning.
• Coordinate external audits and manage relationships with auditors.
