The Controller will lead all accounting and financial operations, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, payroll oversight, cost accounting, and intercompany accounting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Five or more years of progressive accounting/financial management experience.
• Experience with intercompany accounting for multiple entities.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience in cost, manufacturing, and project accounting.
• Analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and ERP systems.
• Hands-on controller role requiring daily involvement in operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements per GAAP.
• Develop forecasting, budgeting, and strategic financial models.
• Manage internal controls, compliance and accounting operations.
• Coordinate state & sales tax filings and audits.
• Oversee payroll processing and intercompany accounting across entities.
• Provide financial leadership to management and departments.
