Job summary

Fulcrum Technologies, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Controller to lead all accounting and financial operations, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, payroll oversight, cost and intercompany accounting.

This is a leadership role working closely with the President and senior management to support strategic decision-making and ensure accurate financial information. The Controller will prepare financial statements, perform variance analyses, develop forecasting models, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Five+ years of progressive accounting and financial management experience.
• Experience with intercompany accounting for multiple entities.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience in cost accounting, manufacturing accounting, and project accounting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Perform variance analyses and provide insight into financial performance and trends.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analyses for senior management as needed.
• Coordinate the annual budgeting process with department leaders.
• Develop financial forecasts and monitor actual performance against budgets and projections.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and revenue enhancement.
• Develop, implement, and maintain internal controls and accounting policies to safeguard company assets.
• Coordinate external audits and manage relationships with auditors.
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with payroll regulations and reporting requirements.
• Oversee manufacturing and project accounting processes to ensure accurate cost allocation and reporting.
