Job summary

KB Search Team seeks an experienced Controller to join our client's leadership team in Hope, AR. You will oversee the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, collaborate closely with local and executive management to evaluate performance, and drive business strategy with critical financial insights.

You will lead internal controls, improve inventory and financial processes, and mentor accounting staff while developing new analytical tools to support the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (4-year) required.
• 5+ years of relevant accounting work experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software systems.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, document, and audit internal controls.
• Verify the integrity and completeness of financial transactions.
• Deliver timely monthly and annual financial forecasts and reporting.
• Partner with General Manager and department leaders to evaluate results and develop strategies.
• Manage, mentor, and develop accounting staff.
• Develop analytical tools and improve inventory management and financial systems.
