Job summary

CFS in Hope, Arkansas is seeking a Manufacturing Finance Controller to lead all financial reporting, controls, and planning in a visible leadership role. You will partner with plant operations to boost profitability, manage budgeting and forecasting, and oversee inventory accounting, month-end close, and internal controls.

The role requires CPA and manufacturing accounting leadership, with strong ERP/Excel capabilities and a focus on process improvement.

• Strong forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis experience

• Confidence presenting financial recommendations to senior leadership

Responsibilities

• Lead all financial reporting activities and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls, audit readiness, and compliance initiatives
• Direct budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and business performance analysis
• Partner with operational leaders to improve profitability, productivity, and decision-making
• Oversee inventory accounting, reconciliations, fixed assets, accounts receivable, and month-end reporting
• Develop KPIs, financial models, and management reporting tools to support business objectives
• Lead and develop accounting staff while creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Analyze financial results and provide actionable recommendations to leadership
