Job summary

Harris Computer is seeking a Controller to join the finance leadership team. The ideal candidate will hold a professional accounting designation, bring strong analytical abilities, and have experience leading a finance team.

You will provide financial support and analysis that directly impacts business unit success, report to the Director of Finance, and drive the month, quarter, and year-end close processes.

Qualifications

• CPA designation.
• Experience with IFRS reporting and technical accounting analysis.
• Experience building and managing relationships with direct reports and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure monthly financial reporting is accurate, complete, and timely.
• Perform technical accounting analysis under IFRS.
• Analyze, summarize and present financial results to senior leadership.
• Coordinate analyses to support leadership decisions.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals including CPAs.
• Review contracts for IFRS 15 revenue recognition with supporting schedules.
• Coordinate audits and respond to queries during reviews and year-end.
• Assist M&A finance due diligence and integration accounting.
