Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own the month-end close process with a clean, consistent cadence.

• Partner with customer-facing teams on billing workflows, revenue tracking, and data accuracy.

• Review and improve current accounting systems with ERP implementation on the horizon.
• Manage banking relationships and support treasury operations.

About the Opportunity:

My client, one of the most recognized fintech companies in the Pacific Northwest, is looking to hire a Controller. This is a hands-on leadership role with direct access to the CFO and a clear runway to grow into a more strategic seat over time. This is not a maintenance role. You will own the full accounting function today and over time shift your focus toward process optimization, team development, and helping build out an FP&A function from the ground up. • Background in fintech with a solid understanding of the accounting complexity that comes with scale

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience leading or supporting an ERP implementation or system migration
• Exposure to FP&A partnership, budgeting, or forecasting in addition to core accounting oversight
• Big 4 or regional public accounting roots with audit or technical accounting experience
