FUJIFILM Cellular Dynamics, Inc. is seeking a Controller to strengthen our accounting rigor and support informed business decisions in Madison, WI.

The role oversees AR/AP, inventory, and transactional functions, driving efficient, reliable workflows and continuous improvement across the finance team. The ideal candidate will bring a highly organized, detail‑oriented approach, strong GAAP expertise, and the ability to guide the finance group while collaborating with BU leaders to align budgets

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA/CMA and/or advanced degree preferred.
6 years of relevant finance and accounting experience; public accounting experience preferred.
Experience with private and public biotech/pharma companies preferred.
Experience with ERP systems; SAP preferred.
Strong Excel and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and oversight of accounting operations and monthly close.
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results in strict accordance with GAAP.
Manage budgeting and forecasting processes with department heads.
Oversee day‑to‑day accounting operations including AP/AR, inventory, fixed assets, and SAP systems.
Develop financial models and reports; support pricing and capital expenditure budgeting.
