Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• CPA certification is required.
• 7+ years of experience in financial controlling preferred.
• Expertise in Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Internal Controls preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and Financial Analysis preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and effective communication skills preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee financial reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Manage budgeting processes and monitor financial performance against budgets
• Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
• Coordinate external and internal audit activities
• Manage cash flow and liquidity to meet operational needs
• Lead and develop a small finance team (1-3 members)
• Perform financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning
• Collaborate with senior leadership on financial strategy and forecasts
