Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; ensure compliance with GAAP or IFRS.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, analyze variances and provide insights.
• Develop and maintain internal controls; ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Monitor cash flow and oversee banking activities.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff; improve accounting processes.
• Manage corporate tax filings; identify tax-saving opportunities.
• Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.
