Job summary

Stable Rock Solutions is seeking an experienced Controller to lead the accounting function and oversee the company’s financial reporting. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will own month-end close, maintain internal controls, and drive scalable processes across a growing multi-entity environment.

You will manage a three-person accounting team, partner with leadership on financial planning, and collaborate with auditors to ensure smooth external reviews and compliant reporting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership roles.
• Experience as Controller, Assistant Controller, or Accounting Manager.
• Strong GAAP and financial reporting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the accounting function across the organization.
• Manage and develop a team of three accounting professionals.
• Oversee month-end close and financial statement preparation.
• Coordinate audits and audit responses with external auditors.
• Develop scalable accounting policies and workflows to support growth.
• Oversee multi-entity accounting and intercompany transactions.
