Job summary

CC Power is seeking a Senior Controller to strengthen financial leadership across operations, technology, HR, and compliance. You will guide core accounting, financial reporting, controls, and close processes while deploying AI-enabled workflows and automation.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial modeling, and oversee treasury, fixed assets, and general ledger. Strong GAAP knowledge, CPA preferred, and 10+ years in finance leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• CPA is strongly preferred for this leadership role.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct all accounting, financial reporting, treasury, and FP&A activities.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and modeling.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll, assets, and GL.
• Develop and maintain financial controls, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure GAAP compliance, tax regulations, lending requirements, and contracts.
• Monitor job costing, project profitability, WIP reporting, and KPIs.
• Lead annual audits and manage relationships with auditors and banks.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and automation.
• Prepare executive-level reporting and strategic recommendations.
• Support M&A, capex, and expansion initiatives; mentor finance staff.
