Kymeta Corporation seeks a hands-on Controller/Director of Accounting to lead core accounting operations, ensure accurate reporting, strong controls, and compliance with GAAP. You will translate results into insights for planning, forecasting, and decision making, partnering with the CFO and cross-functional teams.

The role requires a CPA, public accounting audit background, and a track record of driving process improvements and building high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Minimum four years external audit with a top-six firm.
• Six+ years accounting and financial reporting experience with people management.
• Strong GAAP, internal controls, financial reporting, external audit knowledge.
• Experience supporting FP&A: budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP exposure; Oracle Fusion preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee general ledger, consolidation, A/P, billing, A/R, payroll, inventory accounting, reconciliations, and close processes.
• Prepare and review financial statements, cash flow, and management reporting; support investor/board/audit committee needs.
• Research complex accounting matters and maintain policies and controls; identify issues early.
• Manage external audit and coordinate tax compliance, R&D credits, and statutory reporting.
• Partner with CFO on budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, operating metrics, and variance analysis; own accounting.
