Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking a Senior Director, Corporate Controller to lead the global accounting function and partner with executive leadership across a multi-entity, fast-growing organization.

Reporting to the CFO, this role oversees financial reporting, close and consolidation, internal controls, and external audits while driving scalable processes and systems modernization to support strategic growth and governance needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field required.
• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience leading accounting and financial reporting in a global, multi-entity setting.
• Strong U.S. GAAP technical accounting foundation.
• Experience with acquisitions, purchase accounting, and post-close integrations.
• ERP modernization and systems improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead global accounting function including GL, AP/AR, payroll, close and consolidation.
• Ensure timely, accurate consolidated financial statements under U.S. GAAP.
• Strengthen internal controls and enable audit-ready reporting.
• Oversee technical accounting, revenue recognition, business combinations, restructuring.
• Manage external audit relationships and governance processes.
• Standardize policies across entities and geographies; drive automation.
• Support M&A accounting and post-close integration activities.
• Partner with FP&A, Tax and Treasury to improve financial information quality.
• Advance ERP and finance systems modernization; build a high-performing team.
