  • Analyze financial and operational issues, constructively challenge assumptions, communicate clear recommendations, and lead priority initiatives with limited direction.
Skills And Experience
  • Minimum of four years of external audit experience with a top-six public accounting firm.
  • Six or more years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience, including the required public accounting audit experience and demonstrated people-management experience.
  • Strong command of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), technical accounting, internal controls, financial reporting, and external audit requirements.
  • Experience supporting FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and variance analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems; Oracle Fusion experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
