Job summary

SEI Investments Company is seeking a Contracts Specialist to draft, review, and administer client and vendor contracts using approved templates and playbooks. You will collaborate with attorneys, procurement, and business teams to ensure accurate terms and timely execution within a financial services context.

Experience in contract management, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage a high-volume workload are essential. Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in related roles are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 5+ years in contract drafting, review and administration.
• Experience with client and vendor contracts; familiarity with financial services.
• Paralegal certification or JD not required, but solid contract principles essential.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare client and vendor contracts using approved templates and playbooks.
• Review and edit incoming contracts and redlines; identify issues for SEI legal team.
• Support negotiations with internal and external parties to finalize terms.
• Manage contract lifecycle from initiation to execution; organize approvals and e-signatures.
• Prioritize a high-volume workload and meet turnaround targets for drafts and reviews.
• Collaborate with attorneys and business teams to ensure alignment and clear communication.
