Job summary

SSR Mining Inc. is seeking a Contract Administrator to manage contracts at the Cripple Creek & Victor Gold Mine.

You will oversee the full lifecycle, CLM documentation, and supplier performance while coordinating with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Finance, and H&S teams to ensure safe, cost-efficient operations. The role supports Demand-to-Delivery, procurement planning, and supplier relationships, including RFIs/RFPs, change management, and continuous improvement across site operations

Qualifications

• Experience administering service, maintenance, construction, and supply contracts throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems and end-to-end Demand-to-Delivery (D2D) processes.
• Experience coordinating RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, bid evaluations, procurement plans, contract registers, and related documentation.
• Experience with supplier KPIs, scorecards, SRM, and supplier performance programs.
• Strong knowledge of commercial terms, contract administration, procurement practices, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Administer contracts throughout the contract lifecycle, including creation, execution, amendment, renewal, extension, and closeout.
• Maintain the site's Contract Register and CLM documentation, ensuring records are accurate and audit-ready.
• Track contract milestones, expirations, renewal dates, change orders, and obligations.
• Coordinate contract execution, approvals, routing, and document retention requirements.
• Ensure contract compliance with policies, authorities, and regulations.
• Assist in mitigating contractual and commercial risks.
• Support audits with complete contract documentation.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders on contract administration processes.
