Job summary

SSR Mining Inc. seeks a Contracts Administrator to support contract governance and lifecycle management at the Cripple Creek & Victor gold mine. You will work with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Finance, Health & Safety to ensure safe, cost-effective contracts and compliant documentation.

This role covers RFI/RFP/RFQ processes, CLM, Demand-to-Delivery, and continuous improvement, requiring strong organization and cross-functional collaboration in a high-elevation mining environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, finance, logistics, engineering, or related field.
• 5–10 years of contract administration/management experience in mining, heavy industry, or similar.
• Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems and end-to-end D2D processes.
• Experience coordinating RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, bid evaluations, procurement plans, and contract registers.
• Experience with supplier KPIs, SRM, and supplier performance programs.
• Strong knowledge of commercial terms, contract administration, procurement practices, and risk management.
• Experience with SAP and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Administer contracts through the entire lifecycle: creation, execution, amendment, renewal, extension, closeout.
• Maintain contract records in the Contract Register and CLM documentation; ensure accuracy and audit-readiness.
• Track milestones, expirations, renewals, change orders, and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate contract execution, approvals, routing, and document retention requirements.
• Ensure contract compliance with policies, authorities, and regulations; mitigate risks.
• Assist internal/external audits with complete contract documentation; provide guidance on processes.
• Support RFI/RFP/RFQ processes and supplier bid evaluations; assist with supplier negotiations.
