Qualifications

• 11+ years of contract management, sourcing, or procurement experience.
• Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and administration skills.
• Familiar with procurement best practices, risk management, and vendor relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing and contracting activities, including RFIs, RFPs, and bid evaluations.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and administer vendor and service agreements.
• Conduct cost, price, and risk analyses to support procurement decisions.
• Develop contract language and special terms for complex purchases.
• Manage contract amendments, claims, compliance, and closeout activities.
