Job summary

• Ability to review and negotiate NDAs and routine agreements.
• Strong coordination with Legal, Information Security, Privacy, and Sourcing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage contract intake, administration, and execution processes for supplier, software, consulting, and other sourcing agreements.
• Coordinate workload prioritization and ensure due diligence, reviews, and approvals are completed.
• Negotiate and execute NDAs and other low-risk agreements within delegated authority.
• Maintain contract records, dashboards, and governance reporting.
