Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year college degree and a JD.
• 5 to 6 years compliance/legal experience, preferably involving contracts negotiation and drafting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve complex negotiation issues with clients and counsel.
• Ability to develop relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate a variety of agreements to protect Fidelity and advance business goals.
• Represent Fidelity in negotiations with plan sponsor clients and their counsel.
• Collaborate with Sales, Relationship Management, Operations, Finance, Product Management, Compliance and Corporate Legal to manage legal/compliance risk.
