Job summary

Fidelity Investments is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to represent and protect Fidelity in drafting and negotiating agreements with our largest plan sponsor clients. You will partner with Sales, Relationship Management, Operations, Finance, Product Management, Compliance and Corporate Legal to advance business goals while controlling legal and regulatory risk.

The role requires a 4-year college degree and a JD with 3–4 years of compliance/legal experience, with emphasis on contracts

Qualifications

Requires a 4-year college degree and a JD with 3–4 years compliance/legal experience, preferably involving contracts negotiation and drafting.
Demonstrates excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve complex negotiation issues with clients and counsel.
Initiates identifying contracting issues and develops creative solutions to address client concerns and protect Fidelity.
Ability to develop relationships across Fidelity and to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

Represent and protect Fidelity in drafting and negotiating agreements with major plan sponsor clients.
