Job summary

Fidelity Investments is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to represent and protect Fidelity in drafting and negotiating agreements with our largest plan sponsor clients. The role collaborates with Sales, Relationship Management, Operations, Finance, Product Management, Compliance and Corporate Legal to align business goals while managing legal and compliance risk.

3 to 4 years compliance/legal experience, preferably involving contracts negotiation and drafting.
Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve complex negotiation issues with clients and counsel.
Initiative in identifying contracting issues and developing creative solutions to protect Fidelity.
Ability to develop relationships across Fidelity and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities
