Job summary

Hulcher Services Inc. in Denton, TX seeks a Contract Analyst to run spend analyses, review terms, and recommend rate changes and renewals to optimize profitability and minimize risk. The Analyst will manage contract dates in the system, draft amendments, and coordinate with departments to ensure compliant contracts.

You will support invoicing, revenue analysis, and procurement processes, leveraging Dynamics and SQL tools to inform leadership decisions and reduce processing costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent required.
• 5–8 years accounting/AR experience; 3–5 years with contract language.
• Strong skills in word processing, databases, and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Review terms and conditions, indemnification, and key points of contention.
• Review annual spend and provide pricing analysis on renewals.
• Review Customer PO’s for proper terms and notify PO Manager for acceptance.
• Review subcontractor language and assist invoicing when needed.
• Analyze bid data and advise on margin management to Estimating Manager.
• Conduct internal audits of invoices for proper contract application.
• Assist with project revenue and profit analysis from Dynamics as needed.
• Load and track contract documents in the management software and identify upcoming expirations.
