Job summary

HF Sinclair Corporation in Dallas seeks a Contracts and Pricing Support professional to assist in administering contracts, customer setups, and pricing controls. You will partner with Supply and Marketing, analyze data, and implement solutions within established guidelines.

The role requires at least two years of related experience; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. Office-based or remote work options are available, with a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years related work experience.
• Preferred two years in the petroleum industry.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Supply and Marketing to administer contracts and customer setups.
• Analyze customer and contract information, identify issues, and coordinate resolutions.
• Evaluate customer and contract issues, implement solutions within authority, and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate onboarding activities across functions and determine documentation requirements.
• Review pricing and contract data for accuracy and discrepancies.
• Assist in developing reports and analyses for commercial decision making.
• Use SAP, Salesforce and other systems to support daily operations.
• Maintain positive relations with internal teams and external customers.
• Provide back-up support for team members and participate in training.
