Job summary

The role updates contract dates in software and issues renewal notifications to stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in accounting/AR with contract language experience, strong data analysis, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent required.
• 5–8 years accounting/AR experience; 3–5 years with contract language.
• Strong data analysis and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Run queries on project revenue and profit analysis.
• Review contract terms, indemnification and key points of contention.
• Provide back-up to invoicing, assist with rate table creation.
• Maintain contract management software and track expiration dates.
