HF Sinclair Corporation is seeking a Contracts and Pricing support professional to assist in administering contracts, pricing, and customer setups. You will analyze data, provide solutions, and coordinate onboarding across multiple functions while using SAP, Salesforce, and related systems.

The role emphasizes independent judgment, strong communication, and collaboration with internal teams and external customers, with office-based or remote work options.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to apply advanced clerical and data entry skills to assigned tasks within pre-established guidelines.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong understanding of contract and pricing mechanics.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
• Intermediate reading/writing and intermediate math.
• Knowledge of trade locations and SAP navigation.
• Ability to implement new systems and procedures and evaluate their effectiveness.

Responsabilités

• Partners with Supply and Marketing to administer contracts and customer setups within guidelines.
• Analyzes customer and contract data to identify issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Uses independent judgment to evaluate issues and implement solutions.
• Coordinates onboarding activities across functions and documents system requirements.
• Reviews data to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Assists in developing reports and analyses for commercial stakeholders.
• Utilizes SAP, Salesforce and other systems to support daily operations.
• Maintains relationships with internal departments and external customers.
• Provides back-up support for team members as needed.
• Participates in training to expand knowledge of contracts, pricing, and procedures.
