Job summary

HF Sinclair Corporation is seeking a detail‑oriented Contracts and Pricing administrator to support the department with contracts, pricing, and customer setup activities. You will coordinate with Supply and Marketing, review data for accuracy, and use SAP, Salesforce, Deal Capture, and other systems to keep daily operations running smoothly.

The role requires at least two years of related experience, with petroleum industry exposure preferred, and a high school diploma as a baseline (Bachelor’s

Qualifications

• A High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years related work experience in contracts, pricing, or a petrochemical environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of contract and pricing mechanics and systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Supply and Marketing to administer contracts and customer setups.
• Analyze customer and contract data to identify issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Utilize SAP, Salesforce, and related systems to support daily operations.
• Provide reports and analyses to commercial stakeholders to aid decisions.
• Support onboarding activities across functions and maintain documentation.
