Job summary

HF Sinclair Corporation in the United States seeks a Contracts and Pricing Assistant to support the Contracts and Pricing department. You will work under minimal supervision, applying policies to manage contracts, pricing, and customer setups.

You will partner with Supply and Marketing, analyze data, and coordinate onboarding and documentation. Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and related systems is expected, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years related work experience required.
• Preferred experience in the petroleum industry.

Responsibilities

• Administer contracts and customer setups with established guidelines.
• Identify issues impacting commercial transactions and suggest solutions.
• Analyze customer and contract data to identify discrepancies and actions.
• Coordinate onboarding across departments and documentation needs.
• Assist in developing reports and analyses for stakeholders.
