Job summary

HF Sinclair Corporation is seeking a Contracts & Pricing Analyst to provide administrative and technical support for the Contract and Pricing department. The role involves coordinating with multiple groups to prepare contracts, set up customers, and ensure timely, accurate pricing.

The position requires at least eight years of related experience (preferred four in petroleum) and a strong background in contract mechanics, pricing policies, and SAP navigation.

Qualifications

• Ability to apply advanced clerical and data entry skills to assignments based on pre-established guidelines.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products including MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with others.

Responsibilities

• Prepare contracts and set up customers to help the Commercial group sell products at the highest netbacks.
• Manage customer set ups with cross-functional teams and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure all contracts and prices are accurate, complete and delivered timely.
