Job summary

HF Sinclair seeks a Contracts & Pricing Analyst to provide administrative and technical support for the Contracts & Pricing department. This role works with supply, marketing and cross-functional teams to drive accurate contracts, timely pricing, and seamless customer experiences.

The position requires a strong background in contract mechanics, pricing policy, and SAP navigation, with leadership responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Advanced clerical and data entry skills.
• Strong knowledge of contracts and pricing mechanics.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain objectives clearly.
• Experience with SAP navigation and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Prepare contracts and set up customers with the aim of optimizing netbacks.
• Lead cross-functional setup with credit, tax and accounting; provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure contracts and pricing are accurate and delivered promptly.
• Coordinate with scheduling, billing and accounting to keep invoices accurate.
