LMI Consulting, LLC seeks a Contracts Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to Program Leadership on a high-visibility, classified program. You will manage risk, drive growth, and ensure mission performance while navigating FAR/DFARS and government requirements.

The role requires deep contracting expertise, strong business judgment, and the ability to influence at all levels, including senior stakeholders. The position aligns with Colorado Springs on-site operations.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business or a related field with a minimum of 15 years federal contracting experience; additional relevant experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Proven ability to operate as a business partner with senior stakeholders and influence outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of all contract types, especially Single Award IDIQs, and FAR/DFARS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication translating complex contract issues for non-contract audiences.
• Self-starter with sound judgment managing a strategic classified program with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Serve as contracts strategic advisor to Program Leadership across the full lifecycle.
• Review sole source task orders and align program performance with process improvements.
• Lead and negotiate prime contracts, task and delivery orders, and modifications.
• Monitor contract terms, identify risks with mitigations in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain contract systems, files, and records within a Classified environment.
