Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business or a related field with a minimum of federal contracting experience (15+ years).
• Ability to operate as a business partner with senior stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of contract types, especially Single Award IDIQs, and FAR/DFARS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clear guidance for non-contract audiences.
• Self-starter with sound judgment for managing a strategic classified program.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a dedicated contracts advisor to Program Leadership, identifying risks and opportunities across the lifecycle.
• Review sole source task orders and align performance with process improvements for mission success.
• Lead and negotiate prime contracts, task orders, and modifications to protect company interests.
• Provide oversight of proposals, monitor terms, and identify risks with mitigations per regulations.
• Advocate for the Classified Program within the Contracts organization and ensure alignment across the portfolio.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external customers as a reliable point of contact.
