Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations management, business, finance, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in procurement, sourcing, or contract management, with at least 5 years in renewable energy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn company software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement category management strategies aligned with objectives and market conditions.
• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing, including RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs.
• Negotiate contracts and master service agreements to manage risks and value.
• Establish strategic supplier relationships and monitor performance with KPIs.
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, and finance to align strategies with goals.
• Drive cost optimization and process improvements across categories.
• Coach and develop team members and foster a high-performance culture.
