Clēnera, LLC, a Boise, Idaho-based developer and independent power producer, is seeking a Pre-Construction Project Manager to lead multi-project pre-construction work, including scope, budget, schedule, procurement strategy, and risk mitigation. You will partner with Development, Engineering, Estimating, and Construction to ensure projects are construction-ready and aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, business, public administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years managing the pre-construction activities of utility-scale renewable projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, P6, and ability to learn company software.
• Strong cost, schedule risk assessment and leadership capabilities.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%.

Responsabilités

• Lead overall setup of utility-scale projects for handoff to Construction.
• Review design deliverables for scope, constructability, and compliance; monitor progress and risks.
• Own pre-construction budgeting and estimating; reconcile pricing and identify cost risks.
• Develop and refine pre-construction and baseline construction schedules; identify critical path items.
• Coordinate cross-functional input for risk reviews and execution planning.
• Serve as main POC for external stakeholders during pre-construction activities.
• Ensure pre-construction controls and documentation are complete and traceable.
• Coordinate permitting and regulatory readiness; track approvals and risks.
• Handoff to Construction with clear assumptions, risks, and procurement drivers.
• Maintain strong internal/external relationships and uphold core values.
