Job summary

Consulting Solutions seeks a Contract Manager to oversee services, equipment supply, and material contracts in support of major Gas Program EPC projects. This role serves as the commercial single point of contact between the Business Unit and contractors during contract execution.

The position requires strong contract governance, change-order management, and coordination with Risk, Legal, and Supply Chain leadership to resolve disputes and keep schedules on track, with an emphasis on the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years experience preferred but not required.
• Familiar with MAXIMO or similar purchasing software.
• Experience working with EPCs is preferred.
• Knowledge of Project Management, Plant Maintenance, or Engineering concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence internal business partner senior management, suppliers, and other stakeholders utilizing commercial acumen skills sets.
• Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the commercial single point of contact between the Business Unit and the contractor during contract execution.
• Manage contract provisions and coordinating contract change orders with stakeholders to ensure successful execution of contract requirements and options.
• Support the Anderson County Combined Cycle project in Anderson County, SC.
• Lead problem resolution efforts with contractors through negotiations to ensure delivery of critical equipment and services to meet schedule requirements.
