Job summary

Coalesce Management Consulting seeks a contract manager to operate within our client’s PMO for EPC contracts in a power generation new-build program. You will develop and execute contract strategies, drive change management, and mitigate commercial risk across multiple projects.

You will act as the day‑to‑day commercial interface among the utility, EPC contractors, engineering, and project teams, addressing contractual matters and supporting issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience in EPC contract management for power generation projects.
• Ability to develop and execute contract strategies across multiple projects.
• Strong contract governance and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide contract management services within the PMO for EPC contracts in the power generation program.
• Support development and execution of contract strategies, including change management and risk mitigation.
• Serve as day‑to‑day commercial interface between utility, EPC contractors, engineering, and project teams.
• Track contractor compliance with contract requirements and commercial entitlements.
• Prepare contract correspondence and reports; support PMO governance processes.

Job description

• Support the development and execution of contract strategies, including change management, claims support, and commercial risk mitigation across multiple projects.
• Act as the day-to-day commercial interface between the utility, EPC contractors, engineering, and project teams to address contractual matters and support issue resolution.
• Track and report on contractor compliance with EPC contract requirements, including milestones, payment applications, performance obligations, and commercial entitlements.
• Prepare contract correspondence, commercial reports, and input to PMO governance processes to support consistent execution across the utility’s generation portfolio.
