Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of contract management experience.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, risk management, and compliance.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments.

Responsabilités

• Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of contracts including agreements, NDAs, subcontracts, and amendments.
• Ensure contracts comply with internal policies, insurance requirements, regulatory guidelines, and best practices.
• Collaborate with project managers, finance, and legal to mitigate contractual risks.
• Maintain a centralized contracts database and monitor key terms, renewals, and compliance obligations.
• Interpret contract language and advise stakeholders on terms and impacts.
• Assist in pre-award and post-award activities including proposal review, bid coordination, and closeout.
• Develop and improve contract templates, processes, and workflows.
• Coordinate with finance on billing terms, project setup, and revenue recognition.
• Train staff on contract policies and procedures and stay updated on laws and trends.
