Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Contract Manager to lead procurement and contracting activities for major construction projects in the Americas. You will advise clients, draft contracts, and support end-to-end procurement on multi-project engagements.

The role requires experience across contract types, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. On-site work is expected with flexible client-driven arrangements.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience in the construction industry and/or contract services to public and/or private clients for large-scale capital investment projects.
• Experience in varied contract forms and multi-contracted environments.
• Experience developing GMPs/Lump Sum or similar project-financed contracts desirable.
• Strong written and oral communication; able to work autonomously.
• Ability to coordinate stakeholders to develop robust contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Fulfilling the responsibilities of a Contracts Manager.
• Develop and implement contracting strategies for major projects.
• Provide specialist contracts and procurement advice to private sector clients.
• Draft RFPs, evaluate scorecards and contracts, and support procurement of vendors.
• Develop contract structures for main delivery strategies on complex projects.
• Support end-to-end procurement services on major projects.
• Build relationships with Client personnel and advisors.
• Maintain internal contract trackers and review SOWs/MPAs.
