Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Contracts Manager to join our Americas practice in Boise. You will advise on contracting strategies for major construction projects, support end-to-end procurement and help deliver value to clients.

The ideal candidate has at least five years in construction contract services, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, global consultancy environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in multiple contract environments across procurement/contract delivery routes.
• Degree or equivalent in construction or related field.
• Confident, independent and able to work autonomously.
• Ability to engage in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Fulfilling the responsibilities of a Contracts Manager.
• Support contracting strategies for major construction projects using various delivery models.
• Provide specialist contracts and procurement advice to private sector clients across healthcare and real estate projects.
• Draft RFPs, evaluate scorecards and contracts, assist in vendor procurement.
• Develop contract structures for main delivery strategies including multi-packaging on complex projects.
