Job summary

VulcanForms Inc. in Harvard, MA is seeking a Contracts Manager to own the full contract lifecycle—from intake and review to negotiation, execution, renewals, and ongoing obligation tracking across procurement, sales, finance, and other commercial agreements.

You will draft and negotiate NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, leases, SaaS and subscription agreements, and performance-related amendments, working cross-functionally with Sales, Procurement, Finance, IT, and other teams to reduce risk and ensure business

Qualifications

• 4+ years in-house or contracts role
• Strong understanding of indemnification, warranties, liability, confidentiality, IP, revenue recognition
• Familiar with FAR, DFARS, subcontracting, ITAR/export controls
• Experience with a CLM platform (e.g., Evisort) and e-signature tools
• Excellent written/verbal communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, analyze, and negotiate NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, leases, SaaS and subscription agreements
• Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Finance, IT and other teams to capture business requirements and mitigate risk
• Escalate non-standard or high-risk issues to General Counsel when needed
• Own the CLM process: intake, workflows, templates, approvals, execution, tracking, renewals
• Maintain accurate contract records and monitor key obligations and dates
• Handle customer/vendor onboarding questionnaires and responses
