Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Manager, Contracts onsite. The role leads pricing, negotiations, and administration for a broad portfolio of agreements within the LADS unit.

You will coordinate with Directors, Program Managers, and Supply Chain to ensure accurate cost structures and compliant terms. The position requires a university degree with extensive contract experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in Finance, Supply Chain, Subcontracts, Procurement, Acquisitions, Contracts, or Global Trade.

Responsibilities

• Analyze RFPs and lead proposal reviews to support on-time submittals.
• Negotiate contracts and review terms; familiarization with OTA's preferred but not required.
• Review estimate at completion (EAC) and support program management reviews.
• Provide contract administration support and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Advise management on contractual rights and obligations and mitigate risks.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to build relationships.
