Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to lead commercial contract strategy and negotiations across customer, supplier, and strategic partner agreements. The role guides risk management, governance, and cross-functional collaboration to support growth in solar, storage, and high-voltage projects.

Remote or hybrid work is possible, with regular in-office presence. The candidate will partner with senior leadership to balance objectives with risk and profitability, driving best practices

Qualifications

• 10+ years of contract management, commercial management or related experience.
• Experience negotiating high-value customer service, subcontract, master service and strategic contracts.
• Experience in utility-scale renewable energy, solar, BESS, HV, EPC, or industrial services preferred.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial strategy, negotiation, and administration of complex contracts.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial, operational, financial, compliance and regulatory risks.
• Collaborate with BD, Operations, Finance, Procurement, Compliance, Legal and executives to align terms with objectives.
• Analyze terms, liquidated damages and pricing structures to optimize profitability.
• Establish contract governance, lifecycle management, and compliance processes.
• Drive process improvements and implement contract management technologies.
• Mentor and develop contract management personnel and teams.
• Stay abreast of industry regulations, tariffs and market trends affecting renewable energy.
