Responsibilities

• Administer government and commercial contracts, including modifications and approvals.
• Review and negotiate customers’ terms and conditions for acceptability.
• Prepare, execute, and administer legal agreements and amendments.
• Manage government contracts (CPFF) and FAR flow-downs; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee government billings and portals; report small business plans.
• Support import/export compliance and cross-functional programs.
• Assist with contract deliverables, schedules, and process improvements.
