Responsibilities

• Assist in administration and control of business development projects and contracts to accomplish department strategic initiatives and compliance.
• Assist in auditing functions and prepare financial, statistical and operating reports; review leases, contracts and major concession agreements.
• Prepare project budgets and assist in the preparation of department budget; attend meetings and conferences; compile data and generate reports.
• Supervise assigned personnel and provide training and development; enforce personnel rules and regulations.
