Job summary

Elbit Systems of America is seeking a Principal Program Subcontracts Specialist in New Hampshire to manage the subcontract lifecycle, formulate RFC responses, and execute targeted sourcing strategies. Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of subcontract management lifecycle, including RFC responses and sourcing strategies.
• Lead efforts to identify and resolve subcontract performance issues across program teams.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFAR and company policies; collaborate with program mgmt, engineering, QA, finance, and contracts.
• Develop sourcing plans to support production and build supplier base; focus on key supplier relationships.
• Lead supplier source selection to support short-term and long-term initiatives.
• Draft solicitations and contract language for purchase orders meeting program requirements.
• Lead negotiations and document contract files; develop/negotiate teaming agreements.
