Accenture is seeking a Contracting Counsel Manager to lead and negotiate complex client transactions and provide senior-level legal and commercial guidance. The role includes structuring master services, outsourcing, and SaaS agreements while mentoring junior CLPs in a fast-paced corporate setting.

You will advise executives on legal risks, stay current with industry developments, and contribute to policy guidelines and Know-How assets across contracting domains.

Qualifikationen

• JD and authorized to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction
• Minimum 6 years of transactional experience in digital, consulting, systems integration, and/or outsourcing
• Minimum 3 years of negotiating Intellectual Property and Data Privacy issues preferred
• Accomplished negotiator with principle-based negotiation strategy and tactics

• Lead, structure, negotiate and close complex client transactions to be advantageous from a legal and business perspective
• Counsel, guide, train and support junior CLPs
• Stay abreast of developments affecting the company and its industries and synthesize into transactional practices
• Educate and advise company executives on legal and risk management issues
• Develop subject matter expertise in contracting attributes and related areas
• Participate in developing internal guidelines, toolkits, and knowledge capital
