Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Contract Associate Manager to provide on-site contract management and policy compliance support for government engagements. You'll manage changes, deliverables, and communications, and coordinate with Legal and Program leadership to address contractual issues.

You will work with CM tools, train staff as needed, and ensure compliance with government requirements across multiple engagements, including complex MAS, GWAC, and MAC contracts.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 4 years of contract management experience in a Federal Government contracting environment.
• Familiarity with GSA MAS, GWACs, and MACs; ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience managing reseller agreements, asset management, and software licensing/procurement is desired.
• Ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Responds to complex inquiries regarding contract obligations and revisions.
• Identifies risks and issues, suggests alternatives that lead to the best solution.
• Reviews and manages contractual obligations to ensure terms are met.
• Prepares and disseminates information regarding contract status and modifications.
• Escalates issues to CM and Program Leadership when not resolved promptly.
• Implements CM processes and tools; develops templates and methods.
• Acts as liaison between project team, Legal, and clients/vendors for contract matters.
