Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Contract Specialist to support AMC commercial contracting across multiple teams. You will own agreements from intake through negotiation to execution and provide practical risk-based guidance to leadership.

The role involves drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex customer and supplier contracts, managing risk, and collaborating with Legal, Sales and Supply Chain to move deals forward.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, legal studies or related field.
• Seven years of experience in commercial contracting, contract management or negotiation in a corporate, customer-facing environment; a law degree is not required.
• Proven ability to independently negotiate and close commercial agreements with sophisticated counterparties.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate and support execution of customer, supplier, distributor, nondisclosure, services and other commercial agreements.
• Advise on contract structure, terms and risk allocation including pricing, liability, warranties, delivery and indemnification.
• Support contract interpretation, amendments, change orders and renewals throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify contractual risks and escalate issues with practical solutions to AMC attorneys and leadership.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, finance, quality, supply chain and Legal globally.
